About Tex Mex Table
Texmextable is a food blog focused on simple, tested recipes for everyday cooking.

Meet the author
Veronica Salinas
Veronica hosts the cookouts because her mother did, and because the year they skipped it the family nearly fell apart. A sizzling platter of fajitas under the papel picado is her way of pulling everyone back to the table. She laughs loud, feeds hard, and does not let anyone leave hungry or angry.
What you will find here
Tex-Mex Table is about tacos, enchiladas, queso, fajitas, and the rest of the Tex-Mex table, made at home with ingredients from a regular grocery store.
How recipes get made here
Every recipe is cooked at least three times, with the tortillas, cheese, and chiles a normal supermarket sells. Heat levels are stated plainly and every recipe says how to turn them up or down.
Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the site may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes what gets recommended.
